  • Color mode: CMYK recommended (RGB may shift in print)

  • Resolution: 300 DPI at final size (minimum 150 DPI)

  • Bleed: 0.125 in on all sides (recommended)

  • Safe area: Keep key text/logos at least 0.25 in inside the trim

  • Fonts: Outline/convert to curves or embed fonts in PDF

  • Transparency & effects: Flatten complex transparencies; avoid overprints unless intentional

  • Proofing: Double-check spelling, alignment, and contrast before upload

  • Single-side print note: Upload artwork as you want it to appear on the printed face (no mirroring unless your workflow specifically requires it)
